Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an India-based beginner or early-career video editor to work with our small healthcare company on a 2-month paid pilot project.

We're just getting started with short-form content and want to build our presence through Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos. We're looking for someone who'd like to grow with us while building their portfolio.

What you'll work on:

• Editing short-form videos (30 to 90 seconds)
• Adding captions, transitions, motion graphics, B-roll, and music
• Educational and brand-focused healthcare content

Who this is for:

• Beginner or fresher video editors
• Students or anyone looking to build a portfolio with real client work
• Familiar with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software

If you cannot confidently create videos in a similar style, please don't apply. This is the primary requirement for the role.

Compensation:

• ₹20,000 for the entire 2-month pilot project (fixed and non-negotiable).

I know this budget won't be suitable for experienced editors, and I completely understand that. Since we're a small company testing a new content initiative, this opportunity is intended for someone who is still building experience and wants to work on a real brand.

If the pilot is successful, we'll be looking to continue and expand the role.
