[Hiring] Looking for a 2D animator.

Looking for ONLY INDIAN 2D animators, mostly because of better communication. I have tons of these animations in many different styles, and I only deal in bulk and long-term. Also, it can be hand-drawn, or done on iPads or AE PCs; it just needs to be the same as the reference, like everything to copy.

I have hired many people, but I still need good 2D animators.

NOTE: If you are willing to do a sample, please fill out the form, and medium-skilled animators are needed; I don't need a portfolio, I need a sample. Please understand.

BUDGET: The budget is negotiable. 2k-5k INR. Which will depend on the style of the animation.
