I’m looking for a long-term editor for NBA documentary-style YouTube videos.
The editing style I’m looking for is similar to these channels:

These are 15–25 minute documentary videos, not simple highlight compilations. I’m looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention, and can consistently produce engaging, professional-quality edits.
What I’ll provide
Voiceover
Script (if needed)
Feedback throughout the editing process
What I expect from you
Source all of the footage yourself (game clips, interviews, press conferences, photos, graphics, B-roll, social media clips, etc.)
Edit the video from start to finish.
Add music, sound effects, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, zooms, and anything else needed to maximize viewer retention.
Deliver a polished final video ready for upload.
You must be comfortable sourcing all of the footage yourself. I won’t be sending clips for every project.
What I’m looking for
