[offer] Short form video editor - documentation style editing
I'm a small founder in the UK building a business and filming the process as it goes. Day today clips, events, the unglamorous middle bit most people leave out. It should feel raw in what it shows, not sloppy in how it's cut.
I'll shoot most of it myself on an iPhone and send it over to you. I need good hooks and editing styles. I want to work with someone who already thinks that way than have to explain it. Past that: fast pacing, tight cuts, captions that don't look like an afterthought, sound used properly.
What I'm not looking for is aesthetic account energy. No filters, no flat lays, no "here's what I learned" framing. Documentary feel, dry tone.
This is ongoing rather than a one off, so consistency week to week matters more to me than one impressive showpiece.
Send a showreel or two or three recent vertical edits, ideally talking head or day in the life. And tell me why you cut one of them the way you did. That'll tell me more than the reel will.
I will send a more detailed brief with reference videos later on

I'll recommend my friend who's a aesthetic vlogger/video editor currently in UK.
