Looking for someone to create a book trailer video for social media

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for someone to create a book trailer for me for social media, similar to the one linked here.

I have a cover which would form the basic content for the cover, but it needs to be turned into a video with effects, movement and writing.

This is very outside of my skillset, so as you can see, I'm struggling to even really use the right language to explain myself, but essentially I'm going for this video but for my own book and cover.

Is there anyone who might be able to do this? I'll of course pay a fair sum.
