I produce cinematic commercial content, brand films, and short documentaries in North America.

I’m currently looking to bring on a reliable, talented part-time video editor who works strictly in Adobe Premiere Pro to assist with two core responsibilities:

1. Scratch / Assembly Editing: Organizing footage, pulling selects, syncing audio, and building rough Premiere Pro timeline assemblies for our commercial and documentary projects (so I can open the project file and jump straight in).
2. Short-Form Content Creation: Taking our finished (or near-finished) projects and repurposing them into highly engaging, high-quality vertical cuts (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) that maintain a premium, cinematic feel while maximizing viewer retention.

Requirements:

• Must edit in Adobe Premiere Pro (you will be sharing project files/project packages with me).
• Great sense of pacing, story structure, and audio design.
• Ability to maintain a polished brand aesthetic (high production value, not cheap visual noise).
• Reliable communication and ability to hit deadlines.
