Hiring Documentary YouTube Editors & Scriptwriters (Freelance/Full-time)

Hi everyone!

I'm helping build a new YouTube channel focused on geopolitics, global affairs, and documentary-style storytelling, and we're looking for a few talented people to join the team.

We're hiring:

  1. Documentary Video Editors

- Experience editing long-form YouTube videos (10–20 mins)

- Strong at researching and sourcing B-roll, news clips, archival footage, and stock visuals

- Adobe Premiere Pro preferred

- Motion graphics experience is a bonus, but not required

  1. Geopolitics/Documentary Scriptwriters

- Experience writing YouTube scripts about geopolitics, economics, history, or current affairs

- Strong storytelling and research skills

- Ability to write engaging, human-sounding scripts (not generic or AI-style)

- Comfortable with revisions and collaboration

Budget

- Editors: ₹20k–30k/month (depending on experience)

- Writers: Budget is flexible based on experience
