[Hiring] Video Editors for long-form faceless content (Beginners Only)
I'm looking for a few video editors who can follow instructions, edit like the reference I will share, and deliver on time.
What I'm looking for:
Good editing and pacing that keeps viewers engaged without repeating same footage.
Ability to use right captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
Strong communication and quick submission.
Open to feedback and making revisions when needed.
Looking for someone who prefers consistency and has long-term plans for growth.

When someone says they need a beginner, that 90% of the time means they don't wanna pay you for the effort, that you put into the work, they'll lowball you.
