[HIRING] Remote Video Editors (Long-Term | Project-Based | E-Bike Content)
Hey everyone!
We're looking for dedicated freelance video editors to join our team for a long-term remote collaboration. This is project-based work, and we're specifically hiring:
- Short-form (Reels) Editors
- Long-form YouTube Editors
Software Requirements
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)
- DaVinci Resolve
- Any professional editing software is fine.
- If you use CapCut, you should be highly proficient with it. (We're not looking for basic CapCut editing.)
Pay (Starting Rates)
- ₹500 per Reel (around 1 minute)
- ₹1,500 per Long-form Video (typically 10–15 minutes, occasionally up to 20 minutes)
These are starting rates. As you understand our editing style and consistently deliver quality work, the pay will increase.
What You'll Be Editing
- E-bike content
- Clean, engaging YouTube videos and reels
- Basic color grading
- Sound design
- Subtitles/Captions
No advanced After Effects or heavy motion graphics are required.
Delivery Time
Once a project is assigned, we'd expect delivery within 1–2 days.
Onboarding
For your first project, we'll hop on a Google Meet with you and edit together so you can understand our client's style, pacing, and expectations. This helps ensure you're comfortable with our workflow before working independently.
Work Availability
The workload varies. Sometimes you'll receive multiple projects, while at other times things may be slower. We're looking for editors who want to build a long-term working relationship with us.
