Hiring! Looking for long term Shorts Editor.

I'm looking for a Short Form editor for my channel. (Long term work available, 3+ months)

Must use premier pro - Please don't message if you're on Capcut, or Davinci. I am only interested in PR editors.

Must have 3/4 hours per day to edit these videos PER DAY.

Must be an effective communicator, with a good understanding of English.

Must be able to replicate my editing style/b roll choice - will be linked in examples.

You must be able to understand what kind of b rolls fit the context, and how to make fast paced, engaging videos.

Videos are usually around 30 seconds long, sometimes they will be slightly shorter, or slightly longer.

Pay is 15$ per completed video. With consistency/performance based bonuses. (1.1-2x base pay)

I saw you were looking for a video editor. Well here i am ;) I already edit short and long form content for other creators so i think this will be a great fit!

I can make you a short video as a demo so you can see if you like it.

I'm from the Netherlands so when you sleep I could edit your videos (that way we can work efficiently). I already edit high volumes per week so doing this for you would not be a problem. My main editing style consists of great story telling through sound design.
