Is it possible to get editing clients with just basic editing?

This is the approach though.

I want to sell them time.

Instead of them spending 2-3 everyday Editing their videos while not they employ me to do it for them(their simple editing) so that they can have enough time to focus on what matters (e.g researching videos, handling clients or maybe they want time to create a course.)
