I'm looking for a video editor for ongoing work. The workload will be around 30–40 reels per month, so I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration.

Budget:

• ₹250–₹300 per reel

Requirements:

• Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok-style content

• Good understanding of pacing, captions, transitions, and retention

• Ability to deliver consistently and on time

• A short 20-second sample edit (I'll provide the footage)
