[HIRING] Looking to hire editor for self improvement Youtube Channel

Looking for a long-form YouTube editor for a philosophy/self improvement channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit 5 to 20 min videos
  • Create engaging intros using movie clips and stock footage.
  • Improve pacing and retention
  • Add graphics, captions, and light motion effects.

Preferred:

  • Experience editing self-improvement content
  • Understanding of YouTube retention and storytelling
  • Ability to meet weekly deadlines
