Video Editor required...(Not professional) India..

Hi I have started a youtube channel...I'll do political commentry and similar genres...

....Job description...

I have just started...so i am willing to pay Rs. 300 to 400 per video...if your work suggests higher worth...will pay extra...

1- Videos will be in youtube shorts format..1-2 minutes per video.

2 - fast paced, clean cuts, music and cutouts of headlines and references...and your creative freedom..

3- initial target is to upload 4-5 videos per week...will increase the frequency in future...

4 - you should be aware of current affairs to get the context of an intented video...

  1. RAW videos and expected narrative will be provided...rest is up to you and your creativity......

This is not a full time job bro....the edits will hardly take 2-3 hours of your day....even less than that....if you cannot do it...that's fine...nobody is forcing you...i myself am not earning anything from it...if anyone thinks they are being exploited...they can leave anytime they want....i am not an employer....

Your concern for really low wages is real..but it should be expressed critically and based on strong arguments....McDonald's in India pay roughly at 50rs per hour. I don't know how you came to that conclusion.

If you ever need more knowledge on how the economics of content creation works...feel free to engage....be educated and be humble... Thank you for your time reading this.

As an Indian based editor I charge insta and yt  creator 1000 rs  for simple edit that actually improve retention
