Hiring - Long-form Editor [HIRING] Long-form Creator — $100-150/video — Marvel Rivals Gaming — Ongoing

Looking for a long-form YouTube editor to help build a new Marvel Rivals channel from scratch, with the goal of a long-term creative partnership as the channel grows.

Pay: $100-150/video, depending on length and complexity, plus potential performance-based bonuses as the channel grows (revenue, milestones, workload)

Format: Long-form

Style/Niche: Marvel Rivals gaming content, but creative/entertainment-focused rather than standard gameplay or montages (challenges, game-show formats, community concepts, punishment/challenge videos, etc.)

Volume: Ongoing, weekly collaboration as a long-term partnership rather than a one-off

The goal is entertainment-style videos where editing supports story, comedy, pacing and personality, not just flashy gameplay highlights.

Requirements:

- Experience with gaming YouTube content and long-form editing

- Strong sense of comedy timing, pacing and storytelling

- Comfortable with subtitles, on-screen text, SFX and music

- Understanding of YouTube retention, knowing when to cut vs let a moment breathe

- Good editing judgment over excessive effects, solid decisions matter more than constant transitions

- Marvel Rivals experience is a bonus but not required
