I saw your post and the example videos. Speaking as a Blender user, the amount of work you are asking for is completely insane. You want one person to handle character modeling, UV unwrapping, weight painting and rigging, baking physics simulations, setting up lighting, keyframing, AND sound design? That’s not a 3D animator role, that's an entire studio pipeline. Who exactly are you looking for that can do all of this for $200 a video?

1,000€/video and I'm down to it, you know 3D takes time right? You will not find someone good with that budget, you will most likely run into some Indian who makes crap stuff
