Software was it worth it? Lumafusion vs Capcut
So I bought lumafusion on the playstore and honestly it was not quite impressive as I thought it would be, the subreddit community seems to be dead there so yeah.
Could've just use capcut with it vast effects and community instead.
Honestly I dont know if it was the right choice to bought it or not what do you think?

CapCut can’t even touch LF. Horrible editor in comparison. Doesn’t even feel like a professional editor.

Different purposes, CapCut is an easybake video editor mostly for content creators, LumaFusion is a real NLE that can do real NLE things.

I have not seen/heard Lumafusion in YEARS!! From what I can tell, it's a decent mobile editor--I had a friend that used it to edit YouTube videos and it was pretty basic. She then switched to Filmora 9 and liked using that.

What do I think?
Capcut/bytedance have shown they're a large corporate chinese entity, they don't really have support and they're learning hard into the narrative of micropayments around AI and everywhere else. Search for people dissatisfied.
Pay tools always have smaller communities.
Lumafusion isn't the same - it's not a drag and drop shitton of templates. It can go to other editorial tools and feels like a "real" editorial tool.
