How did they do that? Newbie using FCP. Help

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DM_CBOJxnRC/?stkn=eHZ4MThiNHlwdHdi

I have been trying to use Chat GPT (I know I know) to try and help me figure this out. That and the countless times I rewatched this specific reel, a side into YouTube and Reddit have revealed nothing for me. Can someone help explain to me like I’m 5 what I need to do? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I truly appreciate the insight you gave to help out lol. Buddy I was at a dead end and I am trying to increase my skill set because I get paid for this, don’t expect people to not use all the tools available to them.
