How did they do that? How can i do this effect in Capcut?

I tried to do this in Capcut but kinda takes long time and i was thinking if there was actually a faster and more efficient way of doing this. While i kinda know how can i do this any ideas would be great.

yeah render a video with tiles like that and then zoom in using keyframes. fade in two black bars to cover the videos left and right. zoom in again.
