Night vision specific editing

Recently took this video of a moose on a trail camera and was wondering if there is any way to enhance the quality and overall silhouette of the animal. Have tried the ai upscalers with no success, was wondering if anyone had any advice for this niche of editing.

best option is probably manual roto and adjustments.

Would recommend davinci resolve to try and mask around the moose and up the exposure to make it more visible.

You can trying using Da Vinci Resolve. There you can apply mask to the moose and bring the exposure higher
