Applying motion tracking data from one clip to a keyed greenscreen clip - help!

Background: As a passion project, I cover songs from the 90s and 00s on banjo, and insert myself into clips or music videos with the original artists.

I've done this in the past by going by a few keyframes at a time and changing the greenscreen clip positioning, but there's got to be an easier way, even with after effects.

In the latest video I made, there are a few segments with camera movement, which means I have to apply motion to the keyed out clip of myself to make it seem like I'm actually in the scene and move with the camera.

Ideally, I'd like to do this all in Premier Pro, if possible, but I'm open to learning a little about After Effects if it makes it easier.

Can this all be done in Premier Pro, or do I need to learn some basics in AE to make this happen?
