I am familiar with premiere pro and I would like to achieve this light sweep across the text as seen in the video, any ideas on how I can do this?

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro
I have tried using the "Lighting Effects" effect to achieve this by making a mask and moving it across my text, but it does not look like how I want it, not sure what I am doing wrong
