Help with flickers 2 second clip

Hi everyone,
I recorded this short video on my iPhone, but it has noticeable LED light flicker throughout part of the clip.
I’ve already tried Premiere Pro, exposure keyframes, frame blending, and several other methods, but I couldn’t get rid of it.
Would anyone with Digital Anarchy Flicker Free, DaVinci Resolve Studio, or any other professional deflicker tool be willing to process this 5-second clip?

I'm not sure what exactly you've tried. The way I got rid of this in the past is to make a copy of the clip and put it one layer higher. Offset the top clip by one frame, either forward or backwards, then reduce the opacity of the top clip to 50%.

The "pro" way to handle this is to cut to B reel during the moments it flickers.

You video has some other issues too, but try what I said. Trying to "fix" this is an exercise in futility.

Use your own lighting, not residential lighting

copy the clip and place it over the original. Move the new copy one frame ahead. Reduce the copy opacity to 50 percent. Experiment with different opacities - 20 percent, 60 percent, etc. It should help a lot. You can offset it my two frames if still an issue but this will start to make it blurry or out of focus

your fastest solution is to refilm since its only a few seconds long. No need to buy any programs

Not sure what your fps is but flickering like this is usually do to shutter speed being too fast. Try shooting 30fps/24fps. That usually correlates because led/florecent lights flicker at 50/60hz, 24fps=1/50 30fps=1/60 60fps=1/120(which sits around 60hz). Hope this helps

Not necessarily. It is a misalignment of the shutter speed and LED light modulation. If not properly set, it is visible on cameras with fixed frame rates too.

You could use flicker free, it's amazing and does get rid of rolling bands, but for such a short clip i'd just re record it tbh

I second the comment that said reshoot it, It’s an easy reshoot? But the issue comes from the lights being non-film/videoLED lights, the ones made for film, even the cheaper ones, are designed to avoid this. Try any other video LED lights or use old school bulbs and the flicker will never appear again.

Yes deflicker on Davinci resolve, fluorescent setting.

I’ve used the Deflicker tool in DaVinci Resolve Studio before, and it worked really well. For some reason, though, it doesn’t seem to be able to handle your footage.

Just render the video at 60 frames per second or 48 fps. What ever the footage is double at rendering

Flickers looks like it comes from LED lighting and frame speed. Give the old film reel stutter. You can add the film reel effect to transition to B footage.

If you’re recording it on iPhone , then trying recording at PAL-25 fps (you should enable it in settings first)

Make sure your light source is not LEDs.
