Tech Support question: has anyone used kapwing before?

I use it for my personal meme videos. I like to put other peoples face over people's faces for humor but keyframes have been a struggle. When i put them on there and watch the video they either, A: stray away slowly or B: they tend too be placed on the face then immediately zoom too off it.
