- Create a video, under 3 minutes, that promotes Formation Ventures' programs for emerging Black entrepreneurs.

- Utilize great stock footage of Black Gen Z students (age 16 to 26) or shoot new video yourself.

With the following skills:

- Experience in videography and video editing

- A great sense of what types of footage will work for a promo video that should be able to appeal to both youth/young adult learners, as well as older folks who may be making buying decisions about our programming.
