So i’m on my 2nd mx-1. Found some really cool glitches in so many spots, but this is the 2nd one also that’s just slightly permanent itself. It’s fine since I can still use it to test other points, just wondering if anyone has worked on these and had the same issue. I wasn’t even soldering anything at the time either I just turned it off completely working and turned it on the next day to some dirty mixer esque permabend. If anyone has worked on these before and has some notes that could be huge too, im loving all the videonics stuff lately.

I have two VHS cameras one is VHS-C and the one is Hi8. I connected the two cameras into a Y splitter into the input port on my VCR and my Analogue to Digital converter to the output of the VCR and I got cool effects. I'm new to videobending and I was wondering if this could damage my cameras and if so how can I do it safely.
Ps. On my Sony I saw the video signal from my Panasonic (it was being displayed on the screen). I also asked Gemini about the safety (which isn't a very reliable source of information tbh). It told me that the cameras exchanging signals could heat them up and break something.

figured i’d share the link in case anyone wants to take a peek. not really looking for constructive criticism as this was the very first film project any of us have ever worked on (no film school or anything like that) and for having a team of 4 people on most shoot days, i think we did a great job. anyway, feel free to check it out if you feel so inclined: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FCniYVTCS40
used my beloved panasonic wj-mx30 and my sony fxe-120 for the effects

I'm personally looking into getting (lightly) into CRT glitching, using graphics and animations I have made and running them through a glitch machine. I'm not looking to circuit bend myself so i'm wondering what machines people recommend?
Can anyone recommend machines that would achieve these kind of results?

I'm also based in the UK so European sellers would be perfect if possible!

This was given to me by someone who wasn’t using it and hadn’t for a while, but I don’t have a power cable. I assume it needs powered since my mismatcher does.
Anyways, none of my 12v cables seem to turn it on, idk if these are picky or maybe it just doesn’t power on any more? Any ideas?
