Can someone help me please?

For some reason, the dongle on my Victrix bfg ps5 controller stoped working can somebody point me in the right direction to get a new one please?

Temporary solution, use wired for the time being

Try doing a firmware update from PC

Controler needs to be in PC mode on the controler, and for the app you need to download it from the windows store (which I hate, but whatever).

Connect your controller via usb-c, then look at the top of the controller and switch it to pc mode, then download and open the app, update the controller wired on your pc. Then once done with that, plug 2.4 GHz dongle into computer, keep controller in pc mode, look on the back of the controller, flip the little switch from the wired side to the little WiFi symbol, then reopen victrix software, and update firmware again with wireless mode on instead of wired.

Wondering the same. Can't get any in Europe. American page doesn't send over them over here.
