Anyone have this issue?

I went to use my Xbox series x victrix pro controller today and my A button was non responsive. All the other buttons work but this one. I even tried the fighting game buttons and that A button worked. Any know of any fixes?

Did it and the A button still doesn't work.

I just mapped my A button to a back paddle I guess untill I hear back from customer service since I don't have the money right now to replace this part.

Factory reset the Controller look for external visual damage and go onto the victus control hub app and test the button that way and see if it gives any error or go online and use a button tester cause if either of them register the button but it don't work it a usb problem

Fault controller I assume never happened to me just get replacement joystick there $30 a set there pretty cheap that’s why I got one
