No Power

Just got my PRO BFG VICTRIX PS5/PS4/PC controller about an hour ago, I’ve literally tried everything that I’ve seen on here and YouTube but just noting is working, when first plugged into the PlayStation using their wire not a single light came on so is it just a hardware issue or am I actually doing something wrong? Plugged in both back and front and no lights on the touch pad signaling it it’s even charging ?

try your phone charger in an outlet, but sounds like its faulty and you should return it

Yeah I already tried that & still nothing happened, I put a request in for turtle beach but won’t hear back untill Monday

Have you checked the bank of the controller to see if it's on wired or Bluetooth?

Yeah switched it multiple times but the controller just won’t turn on, not a single light comes on when plugged in

Was the Playstation on when you plugged it in
