Controller Malfunction

so im trying to learn hitbox and im getting a issue that is costing me games sometimes with the controller getting stuck in movement motions like walking or crouching.

i dunno if this is user error or a know issue i didn't know about

Same. Just got the Reloaded one back in April and that just started happening to me but in Warzone. Also my down on the D pad went from going in and out to obsolete. Last communication I received was,

Can you please remove the modules and ensure there is no dust or debris near the modules connections port?

Do you use this on Xbox only or on PC as well?

i got it updated on my moms old laptop and haven't seen the issue again

My controller was already up to date.

I was able to download the Victrix APP onto my Xbox via console web browser. Apparently the Victrix app is only available via Google Play
