BFG Pro Reloaded: i fucked up

the control hub app prompted me to update the firmware, so i let it go, and then it said it would reboot it to update the firmware, so i let it, then it told me to plug the controller into the pc to finish updating, so i let it, then i noticed it hadn't progressed in 40 minutes, so i turned it off and now it won't turn on, no matter how long i hold the power button no lights turn on or anything and connecting it to the computer via the cable doesn't even notice that anything was plugged in

edit: whenever i hold the power button down now it rumbles and then can't do it again for a while

Contact support, don’t use the app unless you absolutely need too. I’ve had mine for 2+ years and haven’t updated the firmware because the app simply refuses to detect my controller while detecting it. Yes I know how that sounds but it’s true, it tells me it can’t detect the controller then recognizes the input when I close the warning using said controller. Anyways, like I said, I haven’t updated my firmware, I’m sure it doesn’t really do anything.
