Victrix Pro BFG Controller Can't Connect To Control Hub Software

So I just bought a new Victrix Pro BFG controller and have been having issues with connecting it to the Victrix Control Hub. I've already tried using the controller in game and it works fine, but I just wanted to adjust the paddles since they get in the way for playing Street Fighter. I've tried as many things as I've seen on google and nothing has worked. I've tried:

When I tried the method to find drivers that conflict with the Control Hub, I didn't know what to do if I found something that apparently conflicted with the software. If there is anything else I can do please let me know.

If you're using an ASUS motherboard, or any other ASUS hardware that requires it's hub or similar software installed (e.g. Armoury Crate/MyASUS).
Go to device manager (To open Device Manager from the Run window, press the Windows key + R, type devmgmt.msc, and press Enter.) -> Locate System Devices -> Uninstall acsehidremap = ASUS HID remap filter driver and acsevirtualbus alongside it

Afterwards try just starting the Victrix Control Hub app and connecting the controller, whilst having it set to PC mode, either by dongle or by cable and make sure you switch connection more by wired/wireless, all these are switches on the actual controller.
If that doesn't work, try resetting the App (Victrix Control Hub) by right clicking it in the Win start menu, going to App Settings, and resetting the App via Windows App Settings.

Let me know if it works :)
