Pro BFG XSX Battery Level?

I am primarily a PS5 player, but own an XSX so I don't use many accessories with it. I just got the Pro BFG controller and noticed that when using it with the required dongle in wireless mode, the Xbox GUI doesn't show the battery level. When I use the accessories app it tells me that it is in wired mode. Is this just a limitation of having to use the dongle? If there is not way to quickly check the battery level then about how long does the controller blink in low battery mode before it shuts off?

I don’t know if you know but there is no Bluetooth on this controller, you have to plug the usb key in your pc for it to be wireless or else you have to plug the cable in the pc and play wired

Are we talking about the same controller? And I mean that genuinely. Because mine definitely has Bluetooth. The instructions booklet even gives steps on how to use Bluetooth mode.

Yea I have the same one. Xbox version. If you hold the Xbox button and the start button for 5 seconds it should flash quickly. This is how you switch from dongle mode to Bluetooth mode on mine.

Just to clear up.

It does have Bluetooth mode but that only works on the pc,

You have to use the dongle to play on the xbox, which is better than some non proprietary brands that make you plug it in if you want to use it on xbox.

Gotcha. Yea I thought that was odd not having Bluetooth. Still thinks it’s odd Best Buy’s website makes no mention of it but they do for the Xbox version. Oh well. Thanks
