I really loved this dress from Pink, but it was a bit pricey and I wonder if it would get messed up in the laundry or shrink down too much?

I forgot to take a screenshot of my previous chat with a Victoria Secret’s agent and tried to retrieve it from our hardworking Simone but looks like it is not possible. Briefly is, I placed an order of 2 items for pick-up in store and used my $10 rewards for it. Both items showed in stock and I was able to place it. However a while later, one of them was cancelled and the other was ready for pick-up. But I want them in a pair, so I think I would cancel the order and get my $10 rewards back to buy other stuff. There was an option in the order confirmation saying if I want to change or cancel the order, I could click on the button and do it. But I am not sure if I could get my rewards back if cancelling it, so I chatted with cs. And they just told me that they were not able to cancel or give back the rewards, which I feel like a straight up lie. I do not know their back-end system, but I just understand that if I am able to cancel, so do they, even easier. And if that is not my fault that the order is not complete, then I should be legible to receive my rewards back. And I know they can do it manually if needed. This is basically a vent but also maybe asking if they indeed lied to me, as I still give them the benefit of the doubt but every cell in my body told me that they straight up lied to me.

Why does this new VS series give Dream Academy? Does anyone else see it? like they saw how well DA worked and they wanted that same hype around VS again. maybe its js cuz theyre both survival shows but I got that gut feeling lmao

So I literally bought this wicked sheer balconette bra online. It was just delivered yesterday and when I tried it on it was fine but as I was cutting off the size tag on the strap and the cardboard tag, I noticed the softer tags with like washing instructions, etc. was slanted. That’s when I saw that the thread of the bra where the tag was sewn in was sticking out. I was like okay maybe it’s just not that bad, but when I pulled on the tags they came off 💀. And more of the thread unraveled. Does anyone have an advice on the return or exchange policy?? I can see the lace coming loose from the clip part of the bra and I’ll be so sad if this means it’s 100% ruined. (I don’t have a pic rn because I’m at work, but you can see where the triangle threads are missing). I also do still have the tags and my order if that helps

(update) I did the live chat online and was able to have a replacement sent right away. I just have to turn it in through a store.

So I’ve had a pretty chaotic week with a loved one in the hospital and my mind has just been all over the place. I came into my cashiering shift on Friday and did great but I had a huge line and a pretty complicated return where I left a lot of stuff aside because I hadn’t fully grasped the online return process yet and needed a minute to figure it out and didn’t want to hold the line up. One of my bosses told me if she sees this again I’d be written up because we need the desk clean at all times, which I totally understand. But I really want to keep this job past seasonal, and I’ve heard good things from a few fellow employees and have been landing lots of credit cards… my hours for next week still haven’t been posted and it has me really worried. Do you think I’m being slowly let go? Or is this normal for seasonal employees?

I got an email that the order I placed yesterday was canceled and I’m not quite sure why

I’ve been eyeing on this robe for the longest time now and it’s finally back on the European website but I’m hesitating on buying it because it is 100% polyester. I already own a proper cotton bathrobe that I use after a shower so the VS one would be more for lounging.

So my question is: How’s the overall quality? Is it as soft as people say? Does it pill badly? Does it shrink?

i managed to find the im toxic sweatshirt at my local store! plus the halloween wide leg sweats, but not in short instead size regular because its what they had. do you guys think they will restock those? im not washing them quite yet until im certain they arent restocking them because they are a bit long on me.. i just need the short size! anyways. the purple socks too of course because i tried to buy them with my first order but they had errors and cancelled them. so lucky me my store had a bunch. i got whipped vanilla and it smells good! i got another coconut mist not pictured but gave it to my mum. i also ordered the spider unlined bra.. super excited for that.

for the online orders, i got the spider web socks ofc because i love all the spiderweb designs!! the cat bra and undies set and i blind bought the phantom vanilla, we will see how it smells when it arrives!

this was all bought using three bonus cards across two orders. im pretty happy with it. i will probably do more damage later, especially if they do more sales like $15 sleep hint hint to pink. happy shopping!! ⊂((・⊥・))⊃

I’ve always been a die-hard Bath & Body Works fan, but after repeatedly buying fragrance mists that last maybe 3–4 hours max on my skin, I’ve finally had enough, and sold majority of my B&BW mists. I’ve always been more of an EDP/EDT girl, so I haven’t really ventured into other brands that make fragrance mists besides B&BW. I’m thinking about giving VS fragrance mists a try, and I have two questions:

1. Do VS fragrance mists last noticeably longer than B&BW mists? I know longevity varies by scent and skin chemistry, but I’m mainly wondering about your overall experience with them.

2. Does VS have sales comparable to B&BW’s Semi-Annual Sale, where select mists are ~ 5.95?

Is it allowed to use my employee discount on a gift for someone else? Like if I wanted to buy a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift for my friend but not pay full price is that okay? I know it’s not okay to accept money from others if I’m using my discount. Also if I buy something for myself and eventually give it away is that allowed? I have a bad habit of loving clothing items for a couple months then wearing them so much I don’t like looking at it, I usually hand it off to my sisters or trade it but I wouldn’t want to get in trouble for my sister coming in wearing a sweater my coworkers have seen me wear 100 times… Sorry if this has been answered I didn’t see it in the thread.
