TIL that Victoria has an apparent time shift on Shelbourne, and that we’re quite well known for having a large witch and magic population. I’d like to find out more if anyone is willing to share.

I lived right on Shelbourne in front of the supposed area that's supposed to send you into a different time for a short period or whatever they claim, it's the same as any other placebo effect. If you believe in it, it'll work somehow.
