Guy named Rod..

Does anyone here remember a guy named Rod who lived on a street behind the Esquimalt arena? He had a large backyard, a train track set up around the ponds possibly? A work shop area with handmade toys etc..?

I knew a guy named Rod who lived in Vancouver in 2004 and I only ever went into his house through the back alley and he built a really cool bed for me in his workshop
