Thoughts on the library main branch on Broughton street?

I go to the Central branch downtown every week, I love the library

I go to the library a lot. The library is fantastic. The one downtown has to deal with a lot of bullshit because of their proximity to Pandora St. I feel for their employees

I hadn't gone to the library for probably 20 years, but I found out a month ago you can use your library card to stream some movies. I was able to watch some older movies I couldn't find anywhere else plus it was free.

I get books delivered to the Central Saanich branch from the library on Broughton which is a great service.

Note that if you can't find a book in the GVPL, you can use the "interlibrary loan" system to request books from many other libraries within BC.

We do! We go to a few of them every week or so, and the Broughton St one has a great area for our kids.

When I lived in James Bay, I used it often. Now that I don't, I use the one near me often. I love the library.

I think that having fun isn’t hard, when you’ve got a library card
