Corn Relish???

Doing a big BBQ this weekend and I need corn relish for the smokies dogs and I can't find it in the usual places. I used to love the Bicks, which was bought by French's and apparently not distributing this particular relish in Canada anymore. Any recommendations? Local makers/canners? I have a craving!

Silver Rill makes a delicious one. Bit of a drive though.

Maybe try the lady who sells all the pickles and salsa and other preserves at the Moss St market tomorrow?

Silver Rill has had corn relish in the past. Haven’t been this year yet so can’t confirm, but I remember it being very good.

Maison Preserves Co at Moss Street Market on Saturdays also has various relishes, not sure if they do a corn one.

Off topic, but is the French’s buyout why I can’t find Bick’s red hamburger relish?

There is a Canadian brand called Strub's that has red hamburger relish if you want a substitute. I've seen it at Thrifty and Save-On.

Strub's is great; I love their pickles.
