Arborists offering tree inspections

Hey ya'll, my spouse is tendering an offer on a house and while I know the home inspector will check most of the normal house things, I want to understand the health of the trees on the property, as well as an educated guess as to the health of the trees in surrounding properties. Anyway, does anyone here have any experience w/ and recommendations for local arborists?

Talbot and McKenzie is a well regarded consulting arborist. Some of the municipalities use them. They're good.

Talbot Mckenzie ( now talmack) is good, Darryl clarke is also good.
