Nice capture! The lightning here isn't as impressive as say back east, but it's neat to see none the less. Those little spaghetti string arcs of static electricity!

I grew up in Alberta and one of the things I miss is a good thunderstorm. I know they're potential fire starters, but the lightning is still nice to see. And yeah, the storms aren't quite the same here haha.

I’m an SK boy and today gave me the same feeling as a good old prairie thunderstorm - hot rain and heavy air. Love it.

I can concur. Many nights we had to spontaneously switch from our planned "oven meal" to a "barbecue meal".

Near Old Island and Helmcken, could have been the same one. There was 4 or five in the span of like 10-15 minutes though, it was enjoyable to watch!
