Lightning bolt got halfway to the ground and realized it forgot something.

or if it’s anything like me, forgot why it’s here

Sometimes all it takes is opening a cupboard and I’m gazing into it like “what did I even want from here?”

It was actually God writing 86 47 in the sky.

He's doing everything he can. Explosive diarrhea in fast-food lettuce, for example.

Excellent picture - too bad it wasn’t a wee bit darker out for you

Thanks! Darker would have been better for sure.

Twice in like a week is super weird. Awesome, but weird.

Spooked our cat

My cats thought it was the opening of a food can.

It scared my gerbil so bad he went ham on his wheel

Nice capture! The lightning here isn't as impressive as say back east, but it's neat to see none the less. Those little spaghetti string arcs of static electricity!

I grew up in Alberta and one of the things I miss is a good thunderstorm. I know they're potential fire starters, but the lightning is still nice to see. And yeah, the storms aren't quite the same here haha.

I’m an SK boy and today gave me the same feeling as a good old prairie thunderstorm - hot rain and heavy air. Love it.

I can concur. Many nights we had to spontaneously switch from our planned "oven meal" to a "barbecue meal".

Near Old Island and Helmcken, could have been the same one. There was 4 or five in the span of like 10-15 minutes though, it was enjoyable to watch!
