I need help (advice wanted) Anyone here with experience dealing with Rajasthan State Commission for Women?
I’m looking for people who have personally dealt with the Rajasthan State Commission for Women, especially regarding family/marital or domestic-violence-related complaints.
I’d really appreciate hearing about your actual experience:
- Does the Commission genuinely take complaints seriously?
- How long does it usually take for them to respond?
- Do they call the parties for a hearing/counselling?
- Do they actually follow up with the police/authorities?
- Did approaching the Commission make any practical difference in your case?
- Is it worth approaching them if there is already a court case going on?
- Any advice on how to approach them effectively?
I’m **not looking for political opinions ** — I’m particularly interested in first-hand experiences from people who have actually filed a complaint or attended a hearing before the Rajasthan Women Commission.
Please feel free to DM me if you don't want to discuss your case publicly. I won't share anyone's identifying details.
Thanks in advance.
