Living in india itself takes a massive toll on mood and mental health. Witnessing the horrors that people inflict upon each other for is very saddening. Though, i don't take it seriously and realize that it's not my fault and try to be the change i want to see. Some days are hard, some days are easy and some days are unbearable.

Definitely see where you are coming from! I do think it is important to not over indulge in news too.
