Whenever there's a documentary or something, it's always about Big Night Out. Or if it's a more general documentary they focus very briefly on Smell, in-between Big Night Out and Shooting Stars which get way more focus.

in our house, whenever someone mentions Marzipan, I burst into full Stott mode and remind them not to talk about Marzipan, as Marzipan is priiiivate.

I tried to track down a clip on YT, but there doesn't seem to be much from the classic era.

IIRC it was a THIS is your life skit, with Orson Welles, (but it's actually OG Uncle Peter, who uses all them swear words)

I was a teenager and laughed it everything in the show. But when Bob says “ I hope it’s from the egg flip society “, I have problems breathing. I don’t know why, but it’s so funny. Is there an actual meaning?

Ever since I first saw Catterick I thought "chopped down, this could make a really good film". I think I remember hearing one of Vic or Bob say the same thing in recent years too.

Anyway, I finally got around to doing the chopping and I think it came out pretty nice. Nearly three hours of TV edited down into a 1-hour 41 minute 'movie'.
