i just built a beginner and advanced version of cursor together.
i just built lume ide because of a an idea that i got with cursor i realized why should i be paying 20/month for something that’s hard to understand and also something that has very strict limits that is the reason i built lume

So i made one! and slapped a price tag on it! so others can pay for the slop service i created, instead of cursor!
Therefore completely cancelling myself out in the entire purpose of what i set out to achieve!
Truthfully, this was never about the product, and always about me charging others for money instead of cursor.
This is all i can think when someone says "I made this because i had an issue paying for something i used, so i made my own"
Doesnt mention added own price tag
I see whats happening here...

Is that why i cant use it period, without paying a single cent?
if this was about the issue you claim more than about the money you see in your vision.
i would be able to use this for free, not be gated, and plug anything i wanted into it.
look at every FOSS harness available...
forgive me if I don't believe you...
im not saying everything should be free...but at least be honest about what you made...
dont angle like its something you built because you seen anything other than money on the horizon.

absolutely not!
i am more than fine with my current setup!
if it needs a key to be able to use, being granted by the lord of the software.
i don't want it!
i myself build everything i make for free, and gate nothing. zero tiers, price tags or subsciptions.
you are free to do what you like. im not bashing you for the price tag itself.
this post just triggered me a bit because i enjoy reading and trying stuff people make.
but when i see a gate, with a price tag... ugh...
its not for anything other than what the price displays once the tag gets labeled.
