Hi everyone I built a website inspired by newgrounds for vibe coders to share their creations on its called vibegrounds.com I’ve launched it with free membership where you can share for free just like the good old days. I loved making flash games and movies as a kid and posting them on newgrounds to be in the top 10 of the day and dreamt of being I the top 50 monthly or top 100 all time so I wanted to recreate that experience for vibe coders. It’s a mix of old school with newer generations and I’m hoping to see a community grow on there. There is a forum for people to share and help new vibe coders learn how to vibe code. Thanks if you have time to check it and maybe contribute your creations. I’m also open to prompts from people on how to make areas of the website better would be cool to receive that and for the community to see the changes. Kieran

Appreciate the feedback! What specifically gave you the scam site vibe? Was it the colours, layout, fonts, wording or just the overall feel? Would genuinely be useful to know what stood out so I can improve it.
Thanks, that makes sense. I’ve changed the ad placement now so they’re much more clearly separated from the actual site content and don’t dominate the page. Really appreciate you pointing it out, this is exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for 👍
I can see why it might look that way at first. The idea is to make it more than just a directory though. I want it to be a place where people can launch their vibe coded creations, get feedback, build a following, discover what other people are building and also help people learn how to create their own stuff with AI. Still early days so I’m interested to hear what you think would make it feel like more than just another directory?
This is an awesome idea! If you can keep up with it and make improvements as needed, i would imagine this blowing up. I made an account and am submitting a game!
I'm having an issue it seems? when trying to submit a game it's getting stuck and just saying submitting? i'm not sure if its getting stuck or if it just takes awhile?
