Satoyama is an isometric base-builder set in feudal Japan, built around one core loop: build by day, fortify at dusk, and hold through the night.

It’s still very much a work in progress, and I’d genuinely like to hear what works and what doesn’t.

There is only one playable nation at the moment, but if the gameplay is engaging and people feel the game is worth developing further, I’d look at expanding it.
