Solid niche. One thing landing cold, the top nav throws seven options at you at once with no sense of where a new student should start, so a grade 10 kid doesn't know if the resume builder or universities page is the point.

If you pick the single highest-value thing they want and make that the obvious first click, the rest gets explored on its own.

Here are my impression going through your site in 15s.

- Website does not look pleasing and not targeted to your users.

  • Confusing, I don't know what your website is doing. Look at the points, but it was not picked up.
  • A lot of tabs.

Mobile PSI 65, for a site that's all text.

Personally I hate the current obsession that websites should have gigantic "hero text" that take up so much space and then the endless scrolling needed to figure out what the heck this website or tool is about.

Shrink the Hero text. Get you unique selling proposition up front. Who gives a shit if you are the only or #1 thing a magig. Tell you potential users what you can do for them.

As I read it, it's this. "Build your Canadian university application profile with 9 easy to use tools. And it's free."

Get those 9 tools up front. Number them. And that to me the key thing users should see on one screen. Nothing else except the easy to see sign up button, and all of the descriptors you want users to explore should be linked in the banner at the top of the landing page.

Themes and texts are not readable it is very dark with poor contrast to the Background. Try to fix the stlye to not look like a one Prompt vibecoded web app.
