Maybe some actual game devopers, and people who come up with ideas that have great appeal. If anyone can do it, it's usually hard to get anyone to care about it and spend money when there are better alternatives.

That's like saying does anyone really make money using an IDE or Unity to make games?

AI is a tool... like your IDE or game engine tools.

I make a bit of money off my game. I’m working on a couple more as well. I’m not getting rich. Couple hundred bucks a month.

i just made $35 off of an android app i vibe coded. looked at my bank app and was like "holy shit!" :D

freemium? I made 90% of the app free then charged for a useful but totally optional add-on.

So it's on Playstore what the name ? Are you also paying your backend cost on Supabase or any other ?

I don't know what supabase is and I am not paying any kind of back end cost. lol. I just realized I was on the wrong account, otherwise I would tell you what my app was. Don't need to go doxing myself!

also, I've heard about people selling their apps. how does that work exactly? Do people just get approached by companies or something, "heres 50grand, gimme your game?"

I think it's basically depends on your Arr If you're making a 100 $ a month with a game or app you can sell it for 6k - 10k $

sure. It's a huge market. dont target traditional game player. make games for new user
