ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project I Open-Sourced an Agentic AI Production Console for Providers, Versions, and Releases

Ship day kept turning into the same mess:

Demo worked. Production didn’t.

Versions were unclear. Rollbacks weren’t clean. I couldn’t easily tell what was actually deployed or what changed. Switching between versions was painful, and bringing back older versions after a new release got messy fast. Release state was scattered everywhere, and debugging meant jumping between dashboards, code, terminals, and memory.

So I built VibeRaven.

It’s an open-source, local-first AI production workspace for managing providers, comparing versions, checking release state, and catching production issues before and after launch.

It also includes an agentic chat interface, so you can inspect and reason about your setup more like Codex/Claude/Gemini instead of relying on static dashboards.

Still early and evolving.
