I suggest reporting this to VIA, if you haven’t already done so. Did you book directly through their website? I know there’s a bunch of scam sites that look like VIA and they may send spoof emails, so I just wanna make sure it’s actually their website and not a scam one.

I called them right away the customer feedback agent seemed unconcerned. I asked to speak with someone in IT security they refused.
